HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in your country. You will be a part of the Country Management team in The Netherlands and be based in Arnhem and can expect about 60-90 traveling days a year.

You will be responsible for:
- Are a strong sparring partner to Country Director and CMT members on organizational development
- Drive HR and people agenda and in close corporation with the management team
- Are responsible to keep the company culture alive
- Are the change agent when implementing professional JYSK tools in the country
- Drive the key HR figures like employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction etc
- Are responsible for the main areas in the country:
- Company culture
- Talent Acquisition
- Learning and development
- Performance management
- Compensations and benefits
- HR systems and data
- Employee relations
- Offboarding
- Drive, motivate and develop your own HR team (3FTE)
To be qualified, you are:
- Are a strong personality with big drive to improve results
- Have natural ability to work well through people
- Have a lot of energy, positiveness and can energize others
- Have a good helicopter view with strong business and commercial focus, at the same time have a hands on approach
- Are sharp, structured and good in managing projects
- Have relevant HR experience as HR business partner, HR Manager or Generalist
- Are an HR professional with a relevant toolkit
