WMS Specialist

JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing, and we expect the distribution center to be operational at the beginning of 2027. But of course, that doesn’t mean we’ll be standing still until then! At the moment, we are working hard in our temporary distribution center to ensure a smooth transition to the new one.
For this, we are looking for a WMS Specialist who is full of energy, has a true hands-on mentality, and enjoys taking on new challenges.
As a WMS Specialist, you are the expert within our distribution center in the field of IT systems and logistics processes. You provide daily support to the users of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of these systems.
You will work closely with colleagues from all departments and the Logistics IT department. Your knowledge and analyses help make our distribution center more efficient, smarter, and future-proof.
Your responsibilities
Provide daily support to users of SAP, Mobisys, QlikView and Time Plan.
Analyze and resolve system issues and implement improvements.
Prepare reports and analyses to support operations.
Participate in projects for system and process optimization.
Create and update work instructions and manuals.

Our ideal candidate has:
2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably with WMS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process optimization.
Strong communication skills with both IT and operations.
A hands-on mentality and the drive to implement real improvements.
