What will you do?
You manage all aspects of the operation at the DC.
You ensure cost-conscious and efficient management of the DC operation.
You lead the DC organisation by setting goals, monitoring and following-up on the agreed KPI’s.
You help to define the goals and strategic direction for the DC, always following up on execution and implementation.
You negotiate beneficial and efficient transport agreement for inbound as well as outbound to/from the DC – this really is a vital role in serving our customers better every day.

What will you do?
HR Business partner: As HRBP you are responsible for all areas of Human Resources in the DC: Business partnering for DC Management Team on all organisational areas. Securing the strongest possible teams and developing the talent for the future. You are responsible for work environment and HR systems.
Development and controlling manager: You have responsibility for controlling and optimisation tasks, KPI reporting, daily support for IT users in Logistics (WMS, ERP), and ensuring optimal use of IT applications.
Technical manager: You are responsible for the management and organization of the work of Technical Departments (automation, IT, maintenance of facilities). Maintenance of all subordinate installation for continuous availability of internal customer (Operations).
Administration manager: You manage and develop an efficient and professional organisation, ensuring motivated and skilled employees. You ensure an efficient flow of goods from and to Distribution Centre, ensuring that the goods are in the right place, at the right time, to the right cost.
Operational Manager: You have the overall responsibility for the management of the warehouse operation. You secure the right amount of skilled and effective employees in corporation with department managers. Through JYSK leadership you ensure high motivation and dedicated loyal employees with great work satisfaction and development of substitute bench.

Ensure correct flow in your working area eg. Inbound/Outbound, retrieval of pallets, transport, picking, consolidation and loading. You are the right hand to the Operational Manager, and you will be expected to take responsibility and strive for development
You participate in several project orientated tasks in the warehouse
